Job Responsibilities: Nedbank Client Services Consultant 2024 

Establish connections with clients to comprehend their requirements and deliver service according to Nedbank’s standards.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve customer service and productivity.

Organize client information, ensuring adherence to standards, policies, and procedures before submitting it to Operations for review.

Monitor internal processes and report on their efficiency.

Provide feedback to internal stakeholders, meeting the requirements of internal Service Level Agreements.

Utilize resources in accordance with Nedbank’s policies, procedures, and standards.

Manage risk by protecting client confidentiality and complying with the Protection of Personal Information Act.

Contribute to a culture that promotes achieving transformation goals and support corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Identify opportunities to enhance processes and suggest improvements to tools, policies, and procedures to add value to Nedbank.

Stay informed about legislation and industry changes that impact the role.
