- Drivers: R12 000 per month

For Cleaners, General Workers, and Bakers:
- Minimum Grade 10 education
- Good communication skills
- Ability to handle pressure
- Ability to work independently
- Team player
- Willingness to work overtime
For Drivers and Truck Assistants:
- Valid driver’s license (Code 10/14)
- Clean driving record
- Minimum of two years of driving experience
- Good health and fitness levels
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- No criminal record

- Deliveries to customers
- Assisting in the bakery when not on delivery runs
- General maintenance of company vehicle

- Control of grist and product quality parameters
- Execution of milling and packaging shift plans
- Management of maize intake and milling processes
- Supervision of raw material and finished stock levels and rotation
- Optimization and maintenance of mill machinery and equipment
- Ensuring safety, health, hygiene, and pest management
- Team management

To Qualify:
- Do you have a relevant National Training Certificate?
- Do you have at least four to five years of relevant experience?
- Have you previously led a team?
Primary Objectives:
- Supervise a group of employees/controllers performing various milling routines
