What you’ll do

- Share accurate information about products, help customers choose, and show how to use them
- Solve customer problems and make sure customers are happy with the service
- Greet customers, offer help, and answer questions with a positive and friendly attitude
- Tell customers about sales and special offers to make shopping better
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Handle cash and card payments, issue receipts, and process refunds and exchanges correctly
- Receive deliveries, organize products, and keep track of stock
- Put products on shelves neatly and make sure they are always available
- Quickly restock items that are sold out
- Properly dispose of store and storeroom waste and put it in the skip bin
- Assist with stock takes
- Follow safety, security, and environmental rules, policies, and procedures, including what to do in emergencies
- Cleaning of designated areas such as storeroom, kitchen etc.

Well known company within the petroleum industry based in the Northern Suburbs, is looking for an energetic and positive natured individual to be part of their technical team. If you have been previous employed as an Onsite Fuel Support Technician, then this opportunity is for you. You will fulfil the role as Fuel Technician Supervisor and have a minimum of experience within this environment.
Responsibilities will be but not limited to:
Consulting and installing fuel management equipment on site
Communicating with clients, employees and relevant parties, telephonically and on site
Managing all relevant emails and telephone calls
Job card filling
Maintain, install and repair fuel dispensers / tanks, fuel pumps (submersible) and various other types of equipment
General maintenance thereof
Installation
Upgrading of fuel stations
Client liaison with regards to the project
Site inspections of various civil projects
Supervision of contractors on site
Supervision of earthworks
Attend site meetings
Education:
Matric
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Previous experience of 3 – 5 years in fuel maintenance preferred
Divers license a must
Skills & Abilities:
Team Player and be able to manage a team of Technicians
Excellent Communicator in English & Afrikaans
Ability to interact with customers, and management in a professional courteous manner
Able to work well with a diverse team
Attention to detail
Customer service attitude
Self-motivated and results driven
Deadline orientated and work well under pressure
