Minimum Requirements: Fidelity Security Grade C/B/A 2024
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
- PSIRA Grade C/B/A accreditation, demonstrating a commitment to professional standards in the security industry.
- Firearm Competency in Handgun/Shotgun and Rifle, a mandatory requirement for ensuring effective security measures.
- Statement of results for Business use and relevant training certificates, showcasing your dedication to continuous learning and development.
- Matric or equivalent qualification, providing a solid educational foundation for the role.
- Clean Criminal Record, ensuring the trust and confidence of our clients.
- Driver’s license with PDP (Public Driving Permit), advantageous for roles requiring transportation responsibilities.
- Excellent Communication Skills in both written and verbal English, essential for effective communication with team members and clients alike.
- Previous security industry experience, while advantageous, is not mandatory but highly valued.
- Willingness to work shifts, including night shifts for extended periods, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to the role.
- Residency within the Johannesburg, West/East Rand, and Pretoria Area, facilitating convenient access to work locations.
- Gender – Male, in alignment with specific operational requirements.
