Qualifications / Experience:
Grade 12 with a minimum of 40% in Mathematics & Physical Science (NOT Mathematics Literacy).
Proficiency in two South African languages with a minimum of 40%.
Studying towards a National Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Completion of theoretical modules with a need for practical exposure to meet the qualification requirements.
Willingness to complete In-Service/Experiential Training in the industry.
No prior completion of an In-Service Trainee program at another organization.
South African citizenship.
Employment Equity candidate.
Unemployed at the time of appointment.
Age between 18-35 years.
The completion of qualification requires practical experience in the workplace. The program for traineeship lasts for a year.
