- Administer driver reconciliations
- Oversee Recon Clerks and provide assistance as needed
- Process both settled and unsettled routes
- Ensure daily route settlements are accurate and correct
- Review daily route recaps for clerical errors and correct them within the same month
- Manage RMA route settlement, including checking and corrections
- Follow up on outstanding referrals to ensure timely resolution
- Ensure all outstanding reconciliations are completed daily
- Track and follow up on jobs not received within 24 hours
- Update GRV on the system regularly
- Assign re-supply invoices efficiently
- Resolve system support and Metrofile queries promptly
