Momentum is extending an invitation to unemployed South African youth to apply for the Short-term Insurance Learnership Programme 2024.

The Learnership Programme provides participants with the opportunity to develop their skills and gain specific experience in Short-term Insurance. Successful graduates of the programme will receive a formal National Certificate in Short-term Insurance (NQF level 4).

Participants will be part of a rotational programme across various departments in Momentum Insure.
Requirements: Momentum Learnership 2024
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Aged between 18 and 25 years (including those turning 25 in 2023).
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing.
- Passed Matric (with a pass mark of 50% or above for English; Maths is beneficial). A copy of the Matric certificate must be attached to the application. If currently completing Matric, attach a copy of the Matric preliminary exam results.
- Currently unemployed and/or without work.
- Not studying at any other institution or enrolled in any post-Matric programme.
- Interest in pursuing a career in Short-term Insurance.
- Passion for learning and the business.
Applications without attached Matric (or Prelim results) and ID copies will not be considered.
