Job Description: Pick n Pay Shelfpacker

We are looking for dedicated individuals to stack and store products safely and neatly, pack shelves according to set standards, listen to customer requests, provide the required products/services, and advise customers on our offerings.
Minimum Requirements: Pick n Pay Shelfpacker
- Grade 12
- Conscientious and detail-oriented
- Customer-focused
- Capable of handling routine tasks
- Reliable and thorough
Key Responsibilities: Pick n Pay Shelfpacker
- Merchandise products following established standards
- Check product quality, rotate stock, and remove expired items
- Prevent wastage, shrinkage, and damages
- Monitor and maintain temperatures and the cold chain (if applicable)
- Uphold hygiene, housekeeping, and safety standards in both the store and back-up areas
- Ensure correct pricing and labeling
- Adhere to and maintain security procedures
- Operate and clean equipment according to guidelines
- Respond to customer inquiries courteously
- Promote products to enhance sales
