Duties & Responsibilities: Tsebo Group Cleaning Supervisor 2024
Operations and Service Delivery:
- Implement and maintain work schedules/job cards for each position relevant to the site.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure consistently high service standards.
- Ensure staff are properly dressed and wearing name badges.
- Emphasize the importance of maintaining the company image.
- Adhere to cleaning methodologies as per company policies, quality programs, and legislation.
- Perform monthly spot checks on high-value company assets.
- Ensure equipment is in good condition and arrange repairs or servicing as needed.
- Conduct daily checks and follow-ups.
- Report maintenance and safety concerns to the manager regularly.
- Maintain personal health, hygiene, and professional appearance.
Communication:
- Respond promptly to management requests and take necessary actions.
- Keep line management informed of any pertinent issues related to unit Health and Safety.
- Ensure compliance with site-specific Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) requirements as per company policies, quality programs, and legislation.
General:
- Maintain high morale and motivation through effective communication skills.
- Assist with any duties that may fall outside the primary scope of responsibility.
Skills and Competencies: Tsebo Group Cleaning Supervisor 2024
- In-depth understanding of cleaning principles and company policies and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Qualifications: Tsebo Group Cleaning Supervisor 2024
- Grade 12/Grade 11 or relevant experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of cleaning supervisory experience in commercial, hospitality, or healthcare industries.
- Experience in health and safety standards and management.
