As a Client Support & Onboarding Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for new clients and play a critical role in their journey with our company. Your primary focus will be to provide exceptional support and guidance during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients. Additionally, you will handle ongoing support queries to maintain high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Client onboarding via Zoom calls and ongoing assistance during onboarding period
2) Client Support via email, Intercom, and Zoom calls

What you’ll do
This is a list of tasks that you will be responsible for doing on your days at work.
- Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around residences or office buildings.
- Cleans floors and rooms, including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
- Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
- Vacuums, empties trash, and replaces liners.
- Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas.
- Transports dirty linens to the correct area to be cleaned and restocks areas with clean linens.
- Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.
