As a Client Support & Onboarding Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for new clients and play a critical role in their journey with our company. Your primary focus will be to provide exceptional support and guidance during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients. Additionally, you will handle ongoing support queries to maintain high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Client onboarding via Zoom calls and ongoing assistance during onboarding period

2) Client Support via email, Intercom, and Zoom calls

3) Knowledgebase maintenance


Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in client support, customer service, or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

Working knowledge and experience with Airtable/ Ukusa is advantageous

We are looking for a Cleaner to join our team! As a Cleaner, you will play an important role in ensuring a clean and welcoming environment in our residences and office buildings. You will be responsible for performing a range of essential cleaning tasks to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of our spaces. What you’ll do

This is a list of tasks that you will be responsible for doing on your days at work.

  • Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around residences or office buildings.
  • Cleans floors and rooms, including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
  • Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.

 

  • Vacuums, empties trash, and replaces liners.
  • Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas.
  • Transports dirty linens to the correct area to be cleaned and restocks areas with clean linens.
  • Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.
  • Performs additional duties as needed.
