effectively manage the Food and Beverage outlets including preparation of operating equipment, staffing, opening times and solving any challenges that might arise

provide dependable and well considered requisitions of resources accurately and efficiently provide staff rosters, conduct stock takes and produce relevant reports build a competent and motivated team across all departments through confident and caring leadership work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards. If you have these qualifications, join our team: Grade 12 (NQF level 4); good numeracy skills (NQF level 4); competent verbal and written English skills; a valid
driver’s license and at least two years’ experience in a Food and Beverage environment.
