Job Purpose: The primary responsibility is to prepare, scan, and index all bank deposit slips and declaration documentation received by the department.

- Ensure accurate preparation, scanning, and indexing of bank deposit slips and declaration documentation within specified timelines.
- Meet daily performance targets and adhere to set deadlines.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

Education and Experience:
- Matric/Grade 12 qualification (essential).
- Proficiency in PC Literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
