Visit the SASSA website at https://srd.sassa.gov.za/appeals/appeal
Click on “Appeals” under the “Services” tab.

Enter your ID and phone number used during the application and click on “Send pin”.
The One Time Passwords (OTP) will be send via SMS, please enter the pin.

After entering the OTP, please click on the “Submit” button to find reasons for rejection.
